Bootleggin’ Charlie joins our ranks of our sideshow during a period of turmoil within the United States.
Charlie is a juggler by day and a dealer of moonshine at night. Working under the strict directive of Al Capone.
From 1920 to 1933 Prohibition was in full effect as a nationwide constitution ban on the sale, production, importation and transportation of alcoholic beverages.
Gangs everywhere discovered the money in making illegal moonshine. Gangs led by Bugs Moran and the infamous Al Capone. Both gangs fought with each other to gain control of this bootleg industry. In turn this resulted in what we know as the Saint Valentines Day Massacre.
